Buildings & Grounds Committee

Our Lady of Lourdes has a large and complex set of facilities that require ongoing upkeep, but also strategic planning for capital improvements or repairs. To steward these resources properly and maintain them for the next generation, Lourdes needs an active Buildings and Grounds Committee. The Buildings and Grounds Committee has a Chairperson, and five to seven total members. The Committee meets monthly to review the facility needs of the parish and the school. Committee members will be expected to actively participate in the work of the Committee, which can be anything from advising the Pastor and Business Manager on facility and property matters, to projects and initiatives as circumstances may dictate. Committee members will also interact with other parish or school Councils, or the parish at large as the need arises. 

Buildings and Grounds Committee terms are 3 years, with the opportunity for one 3-year extension.
