I request that the VBS staff act in the best medical interest of my child. I understand that if an emergency should occur and the staff cannot take care of it, 911 will immediately be contacted and every effort will be made to contact the parent. I agree to assume all responsibility for the transportation of, and any/all medical treatment that my child may need, based on the medical judgment of the attending physician.

: Once you click the Submit button, you will be redirected to the parish online giving page. On that page, under the Faith Formation Fees section, you can choose Vacation Bible School from the drop-down menu. Early registration fees are $30 per child, with a family maximum of $100. After June 19th, the fee is $40 per child, with a family maximum of $130. There are need based scholarships available for Our Lady of Lourdes parishioners.
